HELP THE SALON

Help The Salon!!

I am a very small salon owner. I would love to expand the salon to a larger facility. I have constant new hairstylists coming out of school wanting to work in my salon but I don't have enough room. They want to work with me so that I can teach them so much more about the field. I would like to buy a house to be able to have the room for more hairstylists. Right now I have enough room for ONE other stylist other than myself. I have helped trained many stylists right out of school that have become very successful. Theres just no money in doing it. So thats why I need help in expanding. I love doing this and its different than just teaching at a school, you get real hands on "salon" experience. These stylists needs more training right out of beauty school. I'm sure some of you have experienced the "new" stylist. Its always been a dream for me to own the larger salon and to be able to bring in several stylists. The money has just never been there. So aside opening a school, I want to do it in the salon. Where they can make their own money while learning.

If you could donate an amount to help the salon to get a better start, to help in teaching these young stylists how to become successful entrepreneurs. I do this because I enjoy what I do. I do not charge the stylists for my teachings. They earn their own money and I may receive a boothrent anywhere from $25-45 a week just to help pay bills. I do this because I love it. I love to teach and I love the business. But to only have room for one other chair because it is so tiny of a room that we have right now, just doesnt seem fair to all the stylists that want to come.
